The Man in the Moon is a McDonaldland character who appeared in McDonald's commercials. He is a living moon. Upset that he had never had a McDonald's hamburger Ronald McDonald got on his magic pogo stick and delivered burgers right to his mouth. In a 1988 commercial, Can't Wait for Dinner, the moon appears again as a full moon, as does The Sun.
